HOW CAN I REQUEST A PRODUCT?

DO I HAVE TO MAKE A DEPOSIT PAYMENT IN ADVANCE?
For Webstore Purchase :
You should pay the deposit amount that will be calculated in advance by our staff via email.
For Auction Purchase :
You should pay deposits that are equal to the total of each items' maximum bidding price.
* The purchase order will not be proceed if you do not pay the deposits in advance.
* As for the Auction purchase, the deposit payment will be refunded if we are not able to win the item.
We ask you additional deposits if there is big difference between first deposit price and rebidding price.

WHEN CAN I GET A PRE-ORDERED ITEM?
In some webstores, they write a detail about the official release of each pre-order items. The international shipment to your address will only be proceed after all the purchased items ready at our end. Our staff will inform soon via email when items ready.
Please notice that sometimes there are delay on shipment from the webstore itself.
WHAT CURRENCY I HAVE TO PAY?
We accept only Japanese Yen.
Basically we will calculate the total fees in Japanese Yen.
You can easily pay the amount in Japanese Yen through the PayPal "Currency converter".
*Please notice that the exchange fee of PayPal have to be paid at your end.
HOW LONG CAN RIDERPROXY HOLD MY ITEMS?
We hold items for only one month since the first item's arrival at our warehouse.
If items are ordered from different sellers and they arrive within one month, we can combine and ship them together.
* Please notice there will be storage fees if you want to keep the items more than 1 month.
